Pizzeria Ristorante Rose's In Frosinone

We always return with pleasure to this restaurant for the goodness of the dishes, both seafood and land. Unfortunately, however, we always encounter the usual problem, which becomes apparent even when the place is not completely full, namely the shortage of dining room staff: in fact, the approximately 100-150 seats inside and outside are covered by a single waitress, aided by the very kind owner, but still insufficient to manage the many tables. And so it also happens that we remain seated for almost an hour without even being able to order a bottle of water. We do not place any blame on the staff who are forced to bend over backwards, but rather we would like to suggest including AT LEAST another permanent waiter in the room. Nothing to say about the food however, really fresh and in generous portions. The white focaccia which always accompanies the meal is delicious. The wines on offer are also excellent, including the house one which doesn't make you regret bottled wines. Always very affordable prices, especially in relation to quality and quantity. However, we will always be happy to return, hoping perhaps to find some more help in the room...

The pizza is good.,. good staff... everything good

I had dinner here a few evenings ago on Friday ... and found the place quite crowded. The air conditioning couldn't cool the room and this definitely made me unwell. My chair was uncomfortable and too low compared to the table... The staff is nice and helpful, but the environment as a whole does not have a defined character. I only had a seafood appetizer, very good and rich, I must admit... even the lemon sorbet they produce was a good ending to the meal... Another big limitation of the place is the lack of parking, so I don't recommend it during the weekend.

I savored an excellent second course of fish: the prawns were delicious and the sauce perfectly enhanced the flavor of the sea. The food is very good and the prices are low. I have frequented it on various occasions, such as lunches, dinners and birthday parties, and I must say that it has never disappointed me. We tried pizza, fish, meat and I can express a highly positive opinion on the cuisine. Excellent balance between quality and price.

Very good cuisine, recommended typical local dishes, of excellent quality. Externally there is not much space available to wander around, while in the rooms the seats are well distributed, recommended for event tables of 30 people.

Excellent cuisine of both meat and fish. Wood-fired oven for pizza and desserts. Handmade pasta and quality products. Plus the friendliness and kindness of Ilaria and all the staff which is no small thing.

The rating on the service is low because the dedicated staff is absolutely insufficient and therefore the service times are absurd

The Roses is one of those little certainties that brighten up your days. Simple, pleasant and clean place, friendly and helpful staff, a value for money that cannot be found elsewhere. Traditional cuisine, generous portions and if you want you can choose a good pizza. Absolutely worth trying are the tomato sauce and the carbonara with crispy bacon. Booking is strongly recommended
