Marisa, the owner, has a unique and rare gift: hospitality. We've known Marisa for a few years, and whenever we can, we always come to eat at her place because we feel right at home. I recommend the parmigiana (as per tradition), which is always available on the menu. The mezzé paccheri with baby octopus (caught fresh) is excellent, depending on availability. I recommend the tiramisu, with a special ingredient that makes it even better. In fact, we've spread the word among our hotel guests, and everyone has loved it. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

Yes, there may be better looking restaurants in San Angelo. There may also be better restaurants, period. That being said, we all enjoyed our excellent meal and the price was quite reasonable and we would all visit again.
