We visited Propensione e Umberto and had an excellent experience in every way. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and immediately puts you at ease. The quality of the dishes is extraordinary: fresh ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and a presentation that demonstrates great attention to detail. Every course was a pleasant discovery. The service was impeccable, professional, and always smiling. My sincere compliments to Umberto and the entire staff for the passion they bring to their work. A restaurant worth trying, and one we'll gladly return to!

We went on Saturday evening with some friends and had a great meal, even though we only had pizza. The wait was a bit long, but the waiter was very kind and courteous. The pasta and potatoes with provolone cheese were excellent. I highly recommend the log and fried pizza. Reasonable prices.

The appetizer was truly divine, and the parmigiana was exceptional, one of the best I've ever tasted! The service was impeccable: polite, attentive, and friendly. A place I'll definitely return to and one I recommend without hesitation!
