Pizzeria Porzio Napoli In Napoli

I was very disappointed. I know the Caserta location well and expected to find the same level of service and quality. Unfortunately, the customer is completely neglected here. We waited an incredibly long time for three pizzas, and despite my repeated requests, only the delivery drivers were served quickly. The climax came when a table that had been there 10 minutes earlier was served, and we had been sitting for 40 minutes. When I stood up to complain and approached Errico himself, he dismissed me without even looking at me, saying our order had been lost. I'm truly disappointed because I respect Errico for what he's managed to create, but evidently each of his locations is managed differently. And basil on the marinara is a no-go!

We discovered the place while strolling around. Excellent service and top-notch pizzas. Excellent experience.

Precise and friendly service... Excellent pizza, traditional, tasty, well cooked... you can't stop eating it, until the last bite.

Exceptional pizza, but 20 minutes for a table and 40 for a pizza is an unjustifiable wait. Dozens of pizzas for takeout and nothing for the dining room. The usual mentality: once you're seated, you can wait. But you wouldn't expect that from a professional like Porzio.

Located in a very popular area bordering a very run-down neighborhood, it stands out among the various pizzerias in the area for offering an excellent, high-quality product and satisfactory service. The wait can sometimes be long on Saturday evenings, but Sundays are better. I would recommend re-arranging the tables; in some places, the passageway becomes too narrow, and the quality of the restrooms is poor. Otherwise, it's a place I would recommend to my family!

"Pizza tastes great, and Porzio is absolutely delicious." ...elsewhere it's just called pizza, but when I'm in Naples, I can't resist finally eating an excellent one! The service is excellent, and the atmosphere has a real Neapolitan feel!

One of the best pizzas in Naples, and undoubtedly the best gluten-free! They offer both traditional pizzas and more sophisticated flavors, all delicious. Delicious. The place is cute, and if you arrive early, you can get a seat, even on weekends, without much of a wait.

Ottima pizza, ottimi ingredienti. Quando sono a prendere l’auto sono stato rincorso da un co****ne di parcheggiatore abusivo che voleva estorcermi dei soldi (che non gli ho dato) per Purtroppo non sono riuscito a investirlo perché si è spostato giusto in tempo. Sarà per la prossima volta!
