Pizzeria Pomodoro e Basilico In Ribera

16/03/2025: We went for dinner as a couple and tried this restaurant after wanting to try it for a long time. Finally last night we were there and we did very well especially because this morning we woke up very well. The two of us took as appetizers a schiacciata, an imbriulata, a dish of cardoons, two stuffed mushrooms (very good), and for the second course we took a really very very good pork shank, cooked well and the meat very tender. A bottle of local nero d'Avola which I really liked on the palate. To finish, a slice of black cherry cake. Excellent value for money. Very kind owner and friendly, smiling staff, which I really appreciate. Until next time.

27/02/2025: I have been to this place after quite a few years. Almost terrible service where it took almost half an hour to bring an appetizer based on bruschetta and cured meats The food was good except for the pizza which wasn't leavened What did I like least? 'selling' vegetables as if we were at the greengrocer while they could save it
