Pizzeria Pizza&Passione In Qualiano

Excellent pizza but long wait. I would have given 5 for the quality product of both the dough and the ingredients on the pizza. I took a margherita, because for me it is the best way to test a new pizzeria, then a diavola and a filetto with buffalo mozzarella, rocket, raw ham and parmesan flakes. I gave 4 because I asked for the waiting time before ordering and they told me 20 minutes instead I waited 1 hour, however the wait was worth it.

I have eaten in this place several times, usually in company, I have tried both the pizza and the fried food and in both cases I have always been satisfied. The pizza is the soft type with a high crust and is easily digestible, the frying is tasty (of course it is always frying, so it can't be very light...) but the basic ingredients seem to be good; I had the impression that they were not frozen products but made by them and by asking, I got confirmation of this. I appreciated the possibility of choosing between classic or particular croquettes (the large stuffed ones) or the small potato-only panzerotti.

This pizzeria is located near my house and I have always gotten take-away pizza and despite this the dough remains really light and digestible, not to mention the ingredients used are really fresh and of excellent quality. The pork pizza with porchetta, potatoes and provola is divine, you can distinguish the flavor of each ingredient perfectly. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take the photo. The prices are fair for the quality offered. I highly recommend trying it.
