My experience is that of someone who has the convenience of a pizzeria down the street. I go there in person, order, and wait. The wait times are short, and the wait is reasonable. Obviously, there are days and times when you have to wait longer, but that's okay.
The pizza is good, the price is fair, the ingredients are good, and the staff is polite and friendly.
