You have to wait a bit but the pizza is worth it so it's worth the wait. A little advice to Raffaele the owner: as soon as possible you have to create the second oven then you will see that everything will be simpler

03/08/2024: We came at a time when there was only a small kitchen, so only pizza, but it tasted very good.
30/07/2024: I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews about this place. I have to say, we haven’t encountered any of the problems mentioned, like overcharge or scam. We were there twice, during our trip to Naples, and no, we don’t speak a word of Italian. First time they did give us some appetizers we did not ask for, and they charged us for that as well, but it didn’t feel like scam per sé. We told the waiter to recommend something for us to eat, so that’s what he did. And we had FANTASTIC pizza. Service was on point as well, our waiter made sure every now and then that everything was fine at our table. I’m only giving 4 stars because I can see why people had bad experience. Just be firm and tell them no, if you don’t want something, or they don’t want to give you the menu, because they have menus!:) Also, the 1,5 euro charge per person is typical for Italy, they charge x amount for everything that’s on the table (tablecloth, bread, cutlery, etc.), at least that’s what google told me. I absolutely do recommend this place because the food is really good!

15/06/2024: I tried it yesterday for the first time, unquestionable variety of flavours, it certainly doesn't recall the classic Parisian one, but it is a really pleasant dough, really well seasoned, but my palate felt a strong acid taste in both flavors that I tried, both the "classic" and the pulled. beyond that, without that taste he would have deserved much more. 👍🏼
10/06/2024: It has lost a lot since it opened in Spanganapoli. I haven't been there for a year, and the quality of the food has changed a lot. They looked like pizzas cooked in the morning and then reheated. The cianotto is also already cooked and then reheated. I remember going there specifically to have a cianotto and 2 parisenne, everything was freshly cooked and delicious. Very disappointed. I say this as someone who cares about nutrition and I allow myself a cheat every now and then, I decided that it was my cheat to make after some time, but regretted what I found. I'm so sorry... but when other stores open, almost everyone neglects the ones that are already open...
