Neapolitan style pizza, one of the best I've ever eaten in Sassari, a little above average prices but for the quality it's great, really good 💪🏻

The pizza base is good, the dough okay. The problem is always the balance between sauce and mozzarella. In fact, the last two times I've had these pizzas, they had too little mozzarella and too much sauce. While the opposite would be preferable. Sometimes they even apply it unevenly, a bit patchy, which makes the whole thing look like it was almost raw, with the mozzarella in chunks that haven't melted. I'm going into specifics only so it can be constructive. Don't skimp on the mozzarella; it's the heart of the pizza!

We ordered 7 pizzas and I must say that everyone was satisfied. Beautiful pizzas, well leavened and above all delicious. Recommended.
