I've been there twice, I was told it was a fabulous pizza but the first time I was disappointed, I expected something more, the second time the pizza was good but not excellent, the service disappointed me.

Only in Naples have I eaten a pizza like this wow.

Let me be clear: WARNING: In my opinion, this pizzeria deserves something more. A cartwheel? You're on the right track... The menu is truly satisfying, the welcome is enthusiastic, the staff is extremely professional, and the location is enchanting... (We were there during the Christmas period, everything was perfectly taken care of). Were the pizzas good? Absolutely! However, we want to return to try other specialties; I must admit, we chose simple pizzas. The Mediterranean pizza was a true explosion of seafood: the anchovies, expertly arranged, provided an intense saline note, while the enveloping bitterness of the olives intertwined with the velvety sweetness of the tomato, creating a perfect balance that tantalized every palate. The "Principessa Margherita," on the other hand, unleashed a true scream of flavor: the pesto, fresh and aromatic, enveloped every bite with its intoxicating fragrance, making the experience simply amazing. Since we were in a hurry, we didn't get to fully appreciate this place, which in my opinion deserves much more. I give it three stars with an asterisk. We'll be back even more determined...

Nice place, friendly and courteous staff, delicious pizza.

- Food: I had the opportunity to try two pizzas. The first was the "Via Falcone 79." Unfortunately, the predominant flavor I could detect was that of the yellow cherry tomato, which was decidedly too intense and poorly balanced compared to the other ingredients. I would recommend a better balance of flavors. Curiously, eating some cherry tomatoes separately first and then the pizza itself made for a much better experience. Considering the price, perhaps they could have been a little more daring with the amount of pancetta and/or cacioricotta; this choice was probably made to maintain a more delicate flavor, but doing so made the pizza less punchy overall. The second pizza, the "Capriccio di Angioletto," however, was much more convincing. I found it well-balanced, bold, and consistent with expectations. All the ingredients are clearly perceptible; the main flavors arrive first, followed by the intensity of the black olive, followed by a very pronounced artichoke flavor. It's a pizza I recommend without hesitation, despite the higher price, because for me, quality comes before cost. - Atmosphere: Even though the place was crowded and the tables were quite close together, I still felt a good level of privacy and felt comfortable throughout the dinner. - Venue: The place is rustic and welcoming. The most beautiful and romantic part is definitely the outside, enhanced by atmospheric lights; unfortunately, I imagine it's not always accessible due to the cold. - Service: The service is excellent and very fast, perhaps even too fast. In fact, as soon as I sat down, without having time to look around or consult the menu, I was immediately offered water. This is probably an organizational choice related to the desire to focus on quantity while maintaining a quick and expeditious pace. - Cost: "Via Falcone 79": €10 "Capriccio di Angioletto": €11 Service charge: €2 per person Water (75cl): €2.50

A photo of the many spectacular pizzas this pizzeria offers, and now another of my favorites. I've been coming to "O sarracin" in Nola often now, and I can say that the quality of the pizza is always excellent. The ingredients are always fresh and top-quality, the service and waiters are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is always comfortable and appropriate, both in terms of lighting, music, and atmosphere. I highly recommend it :)
