The pizza was very good. Unfortunately, I noticed a significant change in their signature dish, the "Pollo alla Negri," and the "Coppa Negri." Years ago, the chicken was completely different. First of all, it was a generous portion, topped with flavorful, oven-burnt tomato sauce, whereas this time it was simply covered in sauce... a bit runny, at that. The Coppa Negri was a total flop: it was supposed to be a tiramisu with "gentilini": it was made of a coffee-flavored mascarpone/cream cream, surrounded by pieces of Gentilini biscuits, broken in half and inserted vertically. One biscuit half had been broken into pieces and inserted into the center of the cream; it hadn't been soaked, and the cocoa powder was concentrated only in the center, as if it had "fallen" there. I'm very disappointed because the atmosphere is pleasant and the pizzas are good.

At Negri 1928, besides the excellent pizza (my gluten-free one was extraordinary!), you can experience a piece of Italian history here. A place that tells its story, full of character, cared for and respected down to the smallest details. The staff is friendly and very professional...for almost a hundred years! Highly recommended any time of year!

The summer garden is very nice and welcoming. We ordered some fried food before the pizza, which was very worth it, as well as a Margherita and a Diavola.
The prices are a little higher than usual, but since it's the only pizzeria to have received a Michelin star, that's understandable.

The pizza is very good, the setting elegant and well-kept, the garden very pleasant, the service kind and distinguished. A special mention for the fried foods which were amazing! I had the zucchini flowers and ricotta 🔝. We've been back and I recommend it to everyone. The only difficulty is finding parking but it's worth looking for!

Servizio: 8 - Il servizio è stato rapido, cordiale e attento, senza mai risultare invadente. I camerieri sono stati disponibili a rispondere alle nostre richieste con gentilezza e professionalità.
Menù: 8 - La pizza era ottima: impasto leggero, ben lievitato e con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il gusto era equilibrato, con una cottura perfetta che rendeva ogni morso davvero piacevole.
Conto: 8 - Abbiamo ordinato 3 pizze, 2 fritti, 2 dolci, 2 bottiglie d’acqua e una birra artigianale. Il conto finale è stato di 75€, una cifra tutto sommato giusta considerando la qualità dei prodotti e la birra artigianale. Le pizze erano molto buone, ben lievitate e cotte alla perfezione. I fritti croccanti e non unti, mentre i dolci hanno chiuso in bellezza la serata. Servizio cortese e tempi d'attesa nella norma.
Nel complesso do un bel 8: esperienza positiva, ci tornerei volentieri!

Posto meraviglioso con la grotta ricostruita con le stalattiti....pasta della pizza che e' quella di una volta...locale accogliente, tranquillo e caldo....consigliabile per ogni evento...da ritornarci al piu'presto!
