05/02/2026: Locanda dei Fabbri is one of those places that immediately puts you at ease. The location is very charming and, above all, steeped in history: it has had several owners over the years, but the current one has given it a warm, refined, and welcoming identity thanks to Francesca. The place is clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an atmosphere that invites you to linger, enjoy the time, and have a few more beers. The pizzas are delicious, the supplì are truly delicious, and the beer selection is also more than decent. A special mention goes to Roberto's Amatriciana: I've had it several times and it's simply spectacular, one of those dishes that stays in your memory and makes you want to return again and again.
