We were looking for a good pizzeria around Castglioncello, and this one was truly excellent. Homemade dough and a truly delicious flavor. The crust was also perfect and not soggy. Truly perfect pizza, something we didn't experience so quickly on our trip to Tuscany.

The food (pizza and tiramisu) was delicious. We wanted to go back a second time. The opening hours are posted on the door as 6 p.m. We waited until 6:30 p.m., but the door was still locked, even though there were staff inside. The first time, we were also asked to come back in 10 minutes at 6:10 p.m. Knowing this is fine. If we go to Tuscany again, we would go again, but probably not until 7 p.m. 😉.

05/12/2025: A true gem in Porto Azzurro! We dined at Calafata Osteria and can't recommend it highly enough. The restaurant overlooks the sea, creating a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a proper seafood dinner. The staff was simply impeccable: kind, attentive, and always smiling, they made us feel welcomed and at home. But the real star was the seafood: incredibly fresh, expertly cooked, and showcased in every dish without too many frills, leaving room for the authentic flavors of the sea. And above all, the restaurant's sea view and the fact that the bill was truly perfect—in fact, we thought we'd spend more—made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
04/11/2025: Decent food, generous portions; fresh fish. Excellent service, not "too formal" and attentive. Fairly well-kept surroundings. Prices appropriate for this type of restaurant.
