I often go to Pizzeria 3C with my celiac girlfriend. I must say that in terms of gluten-free dough it is the best we have tried in the Caserta area and surrounding areas. The pizza dough is unparalleled, very good and tasty. I very often taste gluten-free pizzas from my girlfriend and this is the one that comes closest to the local one. So much so that you don't notice a clear difference! The pizzeria clearly focuses more on takeaway than on-site consumption, but they are quite well equipped with wooden tables and benches inside a closed, air-conditioned gazebo. Negative point are the forks, saucers and plastic glasses which denote a basic service. But everything is compensated by the quality of the food. Especially recommended for Gluten Free dough.

The pizza at this pizzeria is really good and above all the highly advanced home delivery service is convenient and really useful. Thanks to all the staff and congratulations for your delicious and very digestible pizza dough! P.s. and when you have a piece of pizza left over the next day it's even better! 🤤

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. With a dedicated oven, there is the certainty of no contamination, therefore suitable for celiacs.

Informal and very practical environment, excellent and plentiful pizzas with varied choice, top-top gluten-free pizzas and also fried foods. Super price! Very good place for both dine-in and takeaway!

16/03/2025: In Latina there are dozens of pizzerias by the slice but the authenticity and flavor of this pizza is unparalleled. Seasonal and always very fresh products, long leavening pizza, lightness, flavour, goodness, authenticity seasoned with the courtesy and smile of Cesare and Desiree. There isn't a pizza place like this in Latina... I read a review regarding the price. The hatter always tells his customers: he who spends little, spends little! If you want to pay little there is a pizzeria a few meters away that sells polystyrene....😂🤣 Continue like this, seriousness and perseverance, don't let yourself be discouraged by those who come in, see a shop window full of products and say: is there anything else coming out??!?!? P.S. I advise you to have a nice meal of falia and broccoli or focaccia with chicory and anchovies, then tell me about it😊✌️
16/03/2025: Un'altra pizzeria a taglio così, a Latina, non esiste. Pizza favolosa. TOP del TOP Solo materie di stagione e di altissima qualità. Personale simpatico e locale accogliente. Se volete mangiare una pizza buona, genuina e saporita dovete fermarvi da Cesare e Desiree.

Staglio Pinseria artigianale

18/04/2025: I have ordered several pinsas here from Staglio and every time it is a confirmation: light doughs, seasonal, quality ingredients and always delicious combinations, even in the special pinsas. One better than the other! Even the fried foods are worth it! The owners are always very kind and super helpful, and punctuality in deliveries is impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a really good pinsa, made with love, care and passion!
