Great food, friendly service. They have special gluten free menu, they have a separate pizza oven for gluten free pizza in a fully separated kitchen from the main kitchen to avoid contamination through air. Perfect for people with celiac.

There were four of us, two couples. Three pizzas and a saltimbocca with porchetta. The pizzas (nothing special): two Margheritas and a third for celiacs. We waited two (2) hours. The excuse was that to serve everyone at once, we had to wait until the gluten-free pizza was ready. Anyway, you serve yourself; there are no service staff and the structure is quite old and uncomfortable.

This pizzeria, located very close to the Gianola seafront, was a real discovery. It offers quick meals at the tables, friendly staff, and a varied menu of gluten-free pizzas, fried foods, and saltimbocca. I ate there yesterday on my way back from the beach, and I chose a saltimbocca with sausage, potatoes, and lactose-free mozzarella. I have to say, the dough was excellent. I'll definitely be back.

I was there in August and the pizzas were very good, and the tomatoes didn't have a sour taste like you get in some seafood pizzerias.

A separate lab for dietary preparations (gluten-free and dairy-free). Excellent pizza. There's no table service, but you can sit outside after picking up your order at the counter. I'd say it's an excellent solution and a lot of attention.
