Pizzeria La Rotonda In Rovigo

Simply the best pizza in Rovigo. I've tried it dozens of times, both for takeout and for dinner, and the essence remains the same: crispy, generously topped, tasty, and easy to digest. For those with a bit more hunger, there's also a larger version. The location isn't huge, but it's welcoming and offers good table service. In the summer, you can eat outside with a view of the Tempio della Rotonda. The pizza pictured is a specialty called "Alla Rotonda," with mozzarella, fried eggplant, Taggiasca olives, oregano, basil, garlic (a little), cherry tomatoes, and burrata on the side. Highly recommended pizzeria.

The pizza dough and toppings are very good. Excellent value for money, but it's a shame there's limited seating if you choose to eat directly in the pizzeria on the first floor. Excellent and friendly service.
