We've tried it every season. Dima behind the counter is always a sure thing: the pizzas are always excellent, as are all the dishes that come out of the kitchen. You have to try the chocolate cake with a melting center, when the good Thomas makes it! The girls in the dining room are always courteous, smiling, and quick!

Cozy little restaurant in the centre of Calliano. Friendly staff. We had the salad which is good for two persons and a pizza each. Everything was delicious. White beer is very good as is the savignon blanc! Grazie mille!

14/03/2026: Honestly, what I ate wasn't goulash. It just tasted like peppers and was a broth made of something unclear. The dumplings were undercooked, and there was only one dumpling. Not to mention the meat, which was tough and full of gristle, and there was very little of it. The only good thing about lunch was the fries; the rest was nothing.
24/02/2026: This refuge enjoys an excellent location, halfway up a ski slope. The view is excellent, as are the outdoor table positions on sunny days. The food is certainly very high quality, better than you'd expect from a refuge. The dishes are of the highest quality, as you'd expect from a restaurant. The price is in line with the offerings.

19/01/2026: Beautiful dining room made entirely of wood, with large windows that let in plenty of light. Very friendly waiters and tasty dishes—a great place to grab a bite after sledding! Recommended! See you next time!
06/01/2026: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was truly excellent! It was a perfect lunch break between sledding and skiing. We ate really well: traditional dishes, truly well-cooked and tasty.
