This is a place that never disappoints and should be visited without fail. The cuisine is excellent, the pizza light and inimitable, the desserts indispensable. Perhaps one perceives a little too much haste in the service, in order to dispose of customers and welcome others, so much so that one is not able to fully enjoy the culinary experience, but this is now somewhat the common trend. It's a shame because as it is frequented, especially by tourists, relaxation should be the watchword

Every year that we are in Liguria, we have been going to Caminetto for almost 15 years, for us it is an obligation as we eat very well without spending excessively. They make pizzas that have nothing to envy of Neapolitan pizzas, according to Governor De Luca. No one knows how the cockerel or the rib burns. Our kids eat on average 2 pizzas each. What is mountain water? Bo! Nice and cute servants (the one with short hair). The only negative thing for me is these 70's oratory style benches. My rating still 5+.

Historic pizzeria in Bordino Nuovo, in the Ligurian hinterland. The pizzeria has been renovated a few years ago, with Provencal style furnishings, which make the environment welcoming. The characteristic that I find most valuable, however, remains the "pizza cui tëtïn"... the dough is particularly light and forms large "bubbles" during cooking, the "tëtïn", precisely. The toppings on the pizzas are classic, particularly the pizza with porcini mushrooms and the fireplace (tuna and onions). The desserts are also excellent, prepared with passion by the two owners of the restaurant, always different. They are chosen from a black notebook, updated daily. Averagely low prices. I recommend booking, especially in high season.

An institution for years for the Pietrese and the well-informed tourist! One of a kind pizza....But what is the secret of your pasta? I'd like to find out too! So melting and bubbly that you get lost inside. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. Fugassin and local salami recommended while waiting. I only come for the pizza... I don't know the other meat dishes... which they say are good but I can't interrupt the magic of the pizza which tettin in this oasis of quiet in the Ligurian hills!

I went to the Caminetto several times.
The pizza is good, but nothing exceptional. The cheese used is not mozzarella and I don't like it due to personal taste.
The menu of meat second courses is excellent: superlative cockerel, tasty cut. The side dishes are excellent, I would like to point out the peperonata.
The desserts are the best I've tasted, the shortcrust pastry is superb.
I absolutely recommend.
