Pizzeria Gjove In Folgaria

A short trip to Folgaria on the way home after a short stay in Lavarone. We stopped for lunch. Slightly off the main road but with clearly visible signs, it struck us precisely because it is there in a slightly quieter location. Outside there are a few tables outdoors but inside there are plenty of seats. We stayed outside because the temperatures were ideal. We had a pizza and a puccia. The puccia was delicious, excellent dough cooked well, nice crunch. The filling was also excellent. The pizza was good, dough well cooked, thin but not burnt especially the edge. The internal environment was tidy and clean, even the bathrooms. Overall a nice, simple place but where I would return without any problems.

Light dough of various types recommended for those who have problems with gluten lactose or simply want a dough with spelt or other types. Very kind staff

Typical pizzeria. Courteous staff. The einkorn pasta is excellent, worth trying. Fresh ingredients. Honest prices.
