The restaurant is downtown, with dated decor. It felt like a pizzeria that was originally designed for takeout and then adapted to a small restaurant. The atmosphere didn't convince me.
The pizza and food, however, are something else entirely. We had a stria to nibble on, and it was soft, tasty, and well-cooked. The carne salada was also delicious and well-cooked.
This place focuses more on substance than form. The bill was average.

The staff were kind and friendly. The pizza, however, honestly disappointed me. The crust in particular was too thin, it tasted like a piadina. Prices, as we know, are rising, but a Pugliese pizza for €8...

This pizzeria and restaurant was discovered by chance during a weekend in Folgaria. It's located on the main road, a bit inland.
We dined at the outdoor tables, and the service was friendly and fairly quick.
We ordered a pizza and a dish of polenta, mushrooms, and melted cheese, both delicious.
Prices were reasonable; we'll be back.

A short trip to Folgaria on the way home after a short stay in Lavarone.
We stopped for lunch.
Slightly off the main road but with clearly visible signs, it struck us precisely because it is there in a slightly quieter location.
Outside there are a few tables outdoors but inside there are plenty of seats.
We stayed outside because the temperatures were ideal.
We had a pizza and a puccia.
The puccia was delicious, excellent dough cooked well, nice crunch. The filling was also excellent.
The pizza was good, dough well cooked, thin but not burnt especially the edge.
The internal environment was tidy and clean, even the bathrooms.
Overall a nice, simple place but where I would return without any problems.

Light dough of various types recommended for those who have problems with gluten lactose or simply want a dough with spelt or other types.
