Unfortunately, I can't eat pizza often for health reasons, but when I do decide to treat myself, I always choose Il Girasole. The quality is truly excellent: fresh ingredients, light dough, and an incredibly digestible pizza. It's a confirmation every time!
The staff is always kind and attentive, and you can sense the care they take in selecting the ingredients.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good, authentic pizza made with passion. 🍕✨

I recommend this pizzeria for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff.
The only reason I'm not giving it a fifth star is the space itself. It's a bit too small for all the tables, creating crowds and confusion. But I understand there's not much choice to make the dining room more livable. Perhaps the only solution is to give up a few tables.

My son is celiac and recently moved to Faenza. The pizzas are nothing short of spectacular, and the gluten-free service is top-notch!!!
Highly recommended for everyone. Reservations are recommended, as people happily wait their turn just to eat there.
The staff is always available.

The pizzeria is located in a somewhat hidden residential area of Faenza, but has ample parking in front for customers. It's a Neapolitan pizzeria through and through, from appetizers to desserts. The staff is incredibly friendly and very fast. The pizza is truly delicious. We also tried the babà, which was really good. The place is bright and clean, perhaps a little impersonal, but well done!
