This place, along with its staff, deserves more than five stars! A typical mountain-style restaurant with tables, some of which are separate, so you can enjoy your own space, and benches with comfortable upholstered backs. Most of the tables are wood-paneled, giving it that warm mountain feel! The staff is incredibly friendly! The traditional dishes are truly delicious, including polenta, sauerkraut, goulash soups, risotto, and more! The beer is also good! We were amazed by the delicious bread, which is made with their own pizza dough! We stumbled upon it by chance once for lunch, and the second time we were in the area, we opted for dinner here, and it will definitely be our next choice!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a restaurant that served traditional fare when we stumbled upon this fantastic place. What can I say? We tried the house dish, which included polenta with venison sauce, mushrooms, dumplings, and cabbage salad. Everything was very flavorful, delicious, and truly top-notch. The service was quick and friendly. The staff is young and enthusiastic. We returned again this evening to try the pizza. It was truly delicious and tender. The atmosphere is wooden, welcoming, warm, and clean. I highly recommend it to everyone.

22/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, very good meat, Maillard sauce could be improved, very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, but a bit hectic. Fair prices. I recommend it.
21/11/2025: I ate here three nights in a row with two other friends, and I can say we were completely satisfied. The service was prompt, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed. For the dishes, I tried the traditional venison stew, Tyrolean goulash, and pork shank. All three dishes were delicious and I highly recommend them, perfectly cooked and with generous portions. Finally, as with the desserts, there's a wide selection that won't disappoint. If I ever return to Trento, I'll definitely eat here again! Greetings to Enrico and all the staff, thank you for everything!
