Gabibbo Express Pizzeria is one of the best restaurants in the entire town of Caltanissetta (what can I say, on the globe!). I ate one of the best pizzas of my life, tasty and genuine. I hope that when I return to my hometown, I can taste a similar culinary masterpiece again. I have high expectations but I'm sure they will be met. The only flaw: the ninety-year-old lady who, with a strong local accent, insulted my ancestors! (Clearly I know that this does not depend on the pizzeria)

03/12/2024: I have been to this establishment twice. Once to eat pizza and all things considered it went well, while a second time for a "dinner". I put "dinner" in quotes because this was based on a multitude of appetizers and a second course of meat. The appetizers cooked and presented I can say that they were all good: cunzato bread, caponata, fresh ricotta, caponata etc.. All very good. The staff was very attentive to satisfy every request, even for encores. The second room, with glass walls, where we were hosted meant that the place was a little cold. However I was satisfied. I recommend it
11/11/2024: Accogliente, camere pulite, cibo ottimo sia per qualità che cucina. Buonissimo il castrato, ottimi i primi e superlativa la torta alla ricotta dell'abbondante e genuina colazione!

23/06/2024: Delicious pizza, it also costs decently compared to other pizza makers A more rustic experience as there is no place to eat inside but I like it that way as it is designed as a takeaway pizzeria you have to eat outside or at home but if you are with friends it is better to eat outside The prices of the pizzeria are Buffalo pizza 7 euros And pizza with chips and pizza salami 8 and 50
