Last night I went to this pizzeria with my family. There were six of us. This is our second time there, and I have to say we had a really good time. We were very pleased with the waitress's service, who was very kind and helpful. Especially the appetizers: bruschetta, cheeses, and excellent cold cuts, including ham, mortadella, loin and pancetta, salami and sausage. The white focaccias were excellent. Afterwards, she brought us five pizzas with mixed flavors, all very good, thin and oven-baked really well. Kudos to Valter for his excellent cooking and price. The place is located in the historic center of Fumone, a little difficult to find, but I assure you, once you arrive, it will be worth it. I definitely recommend it and will be back again.
Excellent Roman pizza, expertly crafted. I really enjoyed the capricciosa and the potato and sausage pizza. The location in the historic center is spectacular. I hope to return.
