21/01/2025: A hotel that enters your heart. A family that becomes yours. A place you would like to be your home. My partner and I went there for the first time in 2021, which was love at first sight, and a second time, 15 days ago. Always everything perfect. Elena and Mirko are impeccable, helpful and friendly enough to make you never feel like just a customer but a real friend in their home. Elena's direction can be seen in every corner of the structure, her "signature" is everywhere, her extreme precision and attention to detail make the environments magical, from the relaxation room to the bar, from the restaurant room to the spa. Look around, nothing is placed randomly! The rooms are all beautiful and welcoming, the breakfasts are among the best ever found in hotels, the catering is a discovery every evening, the staff are young, incredibly polite and always ready to joke!
