I tried it yesterday for the first time, unquestionable variety of flavours, it certainly doesn't recall the classic Parisian one, but it is a really pleasant dough, really well seasoned, but my palate felt a strong acid taste in both flavors that I tried, both the "classic" and the pulled. beyond that, without that taste he would have deserved much more. 👍🏼

It has lost a lot since it opened in Spanganapoli. I haven't been there for a year, and the quality of the food has changed a lot. They looked like pizzas cooked in the morning and then reheated. The cianotto is also already cooked and then reheated. I remember going there specifically to have a cianotto and 2 parisenne, everything was freshly cooked and delicious. Very disappointed. I say this as someone who cares about nutrition and I allow myself a cheat every now and then, I decided that it was my cheat to make after some time, but regretted what I found. I'm so sorry... but when other stores open, almost everyone neglects the ones that are already open...

Excellent Parisian, the slices are a little small

I expected much more given the so much publicity on social media. Very thin and soggy pizza base, well cooked pastry, average ingredients... a little disappointed. 4 euros for a piece of "pistachio" Parisian and 2 euros for a zero coke but nothing to say about the prices, everyone does as they like.

Unfortunately the quality has dropped a lot since last year, the Parisian ones are smaller and cost more and they have also dropped in quality
