We were thrilled with our experience at Pizzeria EVO 50! The restaurant is located in a very quiet and authentic area of ​​Naples, away from the chaos of the more touristy streets. This location helps create a truly special atmosphere. The interior is also very refined and welcoming, making dinner even more enjoyable. The service is impeccable: all the staff are kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable, making us feel immediately at ease. But let's get to the highlight: the pizza! It's a superb pizza, perfectly traditional and expertly cooked. For those who want a change, they also offer more unusual dough options, such as the whole-grain version, which turned out to be light and delicious. The appetizers are also excellent and prepared with quality ingredients. Finally, the price is absolutely fair and consistent with the high quality offered. We recommend EVO 50 to everyone, but especially to those looking for a less touristy and more authentic culinary experience, where true Neapolitan tradition meets innovation. We'll definitely be back!

Pizzeria in a narrow street in the historic center, away from the chaos of the main streets. The interior is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I found the fried appetizers very good. Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely sold on the pizza. I don't mean to say it's bad, it just wasn't to my taste; the flavors lack a bit of punch. It's a shame, because these guys are committed to doing their best, that much is clear. The price is in line with other pizzerias in central Naples.

A place with attention to detail, meticulous service, and excellent food. It's pricey, but worth it. With advance notice, you can request lactose-free mozzarella.

I am truly blown away by my experience at Evo 50. So much so that I had to write this review before even leaving the restaurant. I have eaten thousands of pizzas in my life, and hundreds of Neopolitan. This is hands down the best of the best. The attention to detail, from the chew of the dough, to the amazingly well balance sauce, to the ratio and quality of cheese to sauce. Bravo. Honourable mention to their Tiramisu. A masterpiece in itself. This just made my trip to Italy. Gratzie Mille.

Very nice and tasty pizza in a real restaurant setting. Prices was very fair and the service excellent. Thanks Emilia!! My personal tast in pizzas dictate a thin but still firm and crunchy pizza and these were a bit soft/soggy for the most part. However the taste made us quickly ignore that minor thing. Would love to come back

Overall a highlight on our trip here in Naples. We were really lucky to get a table without reservations Saturday evening. The service was very polite and they see immediately when you need something. Just take a look at the attached pictures and give it a try if you are in Naples. This Pizza with Pistachio is a 10/10. Huge recommendation!

There were 16 of us and we got a bit confused with the orders but the waitress Emilia was very kind and professional, the pizza was excellent!

The gluten-free pizza is delicious, the fried appetizers are unfortunately not for us celiacs, but Emilia's friendliness and professionalism are worth it.
