EVO 50 - Pizzeria Centro Storico

06/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at Evo50 since they opened. I've always found it excellent, and over the years, I've found the dough to be lighter and lighter. The toppings are exquisite and innovative; you can tell they put a lot of effort into finding top-quality ingredients crafted with great technique. All this is complemented by excellent and attentive service! My compliments to the people behind it all. I highly recommend anyone who's new to this pizzeria to try their pizza at least once!! Keep it up, success is guaranteed!

07/10/2025: This place is popular! It is also delicious! Many options of pizzas to choose from. I would definitely reccomend making a reservation online because it is very busy. However, it is definitely worth a visit. The staff was very nice and spoke a little bit of English.
07/10/2025: The pizza was excellent, the waiters were kind and helpful, the only flaw of only 3 stars was the service because it was too fast, they brought us fried food and pizzas almost at the same time, in practice we ate the pizzas cold.
