The pizza is excellent and in my opinion it is the MASTER of pizza in the city. Never eaten better. Top quality ingredients and revaluation of local products. The homemade desserts are excellent: the shortcrust pastry with cinnamon and cream to share easily for 4, and the pizzeppola which is a fried pizza with cream and black cherries. It is large enough to divide into 6 wedges. 2 rooms: I prefer the internal one, because it is quieter and has less background noise. Reservation required at least 1 week in advance if there are many of you. Simple and free parking. Friendly staff. I advise.

Very renowned as a pizzeria, it took me to the small town of Alvignano to taste the famous pizza nel ruoto. Expectations were very high and for this reason I expected a high tasting experience. Assuming that I can only eat dairy-free dishes due to allergies, I chose the marinara in the menu. A little burnt for my taste, but it reminded me of the pizza my grandmother made many years ago. For dessert I ate a delicious fried pizza with cherries in syrup. Would I go back? Maybe yes.

Not a long wait considering I went on a Saturday evening. Pizza nel rooto delicious and easily digestible. Normal prices and super friendly staff. Advised. I'll be back

Modern venue with simple furnishings and bright colours. I taste a mixed fry and a pacchero. I expected much more from the flavours, quite normal and some even with little salt. The pacchero PGI, on the other hand, is very good, with the very tasty provola and also a beautiful presentation of the dish. Slightly disappointed by the pizza in the wheel, a sausage and potatoes. Crispy but slightly greasy dough, good but not excellent ingredients, an average pizza. The Regina Rosa is along the same lines, good dough but nothing more, absolutely average ingredients, in fact the ricotta left me perplexed. The crunchy biscuit is excellent as a dessert. Luckily the prices are good and not exaggerated, the staff is friendly and explains the dishes in a nice way.

The pizza was excellent, the ingredients were top quality, the dough was very light and melted in your mouth. Excellent, I recommend it and we will return.

Well yes 5 stars, it deserves them all. If you love deep pizza cooked in a particular way then you have found your temple. The double-baked pizza with parmesan is spectacular but the others also defend themselves very, very well. And for dessert I recommend the Pizzeppola 😉. The service is also excellent. Ambiente pulitissimo, personale gentilissimo e competente dall'accoglienza al fine pasto. Tempi di attesa brevi nonostante il locale al completo. La qualità delle materie altissima!

Fritti abbondanti e buonissimi. Pizza come a Napoli. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato. Quando torneremo in zona, non mancheremo di cenare nuovamente qui.
