Amazing pizza, both with classic and gluten-free dough. Both vegetarian and classic appetizers are delicious. Delicious desserts, fantastic. TOP staff. If we were to return to the area it will definitely be a stop to make.

Pizza and ice cream are controversial topics, personal tastes are the masters, tastes that are often very different between people. Here I can only represent my preferences for pizza: quality ingredients, slightly crunchy and very digestible dough, complete cooking but without burning, flavors highlighted, especially those of tomato and mozzarella (but they depend on the quality of the ingredients). That said, Doppio Zero in Vetralla is the pizzeria that in my opinion best corresponds to these preferences in the Viterbo area. Quality in the foreground. Even the desserts made by them are particularly valuable. The bill is not cheap but perfectly corresponds to the quality (e.g. Bufalina 8.50, small draft beer 3.50, dessert 6 euros).

I ate really well: perfect fried starter, delicious pizza and mouth-watering homemade desserts :)). Very kind and attentive staff. I recommend it!!!!!
