Un consiglio. Togliete la pizza dal menù (almeno quella che ho preso io una Margherita) e focalizzatevi su quello che vi riesce meglio e cioe il panuozzo

The panuzzo at Mascolo is really good, the waiters are kind and the service is fast. The only BIG and SERIOUS flaw is the presence of a parrot locked in a cage stressed by the constant annoying attentions of children and adults. I would like to be able to go back to taste your panuozzo without feeling sorry for an animal.

I tried a panuozzo with porchetta, potatoes and mushroom-style eggplants: simply delicious! Tasty ingredients, well-balanced and perfectly cooked. The service was fast, friendly and extremely polite, a real pleasure. The environment is welcoming, with almost no noise, ideal for a quiet break. The level of cleanliness and professionalism is also excellent. Highly recommended

I went to taste the "real" panuozzo (as they advertise) but I was disappointed. Three panuozzi stuffed differently but I didn't taste the ingredients... they all seemed the same.
