Great rooms with kitchen, beautiful breakfasts.

Nice rooms, they seem recently renovated, but they're quite small. There were two of us and we booked a room for four for more space, but it was still a tight squeeze. The pool and spa are very nice, with special mention for the lifeguard, who, poor thing, was just doing his job (unlike the usual ones who just sit there doing nothing), and his extremely rude parents made it difficult for him. The breakfast provided by the restaurant at the modest price of €10 per person per day was really meager... we opted to have breakfast in our room. Overall, the property and location are beautiful.

Excellent structure for location, cleanliness and excellent food. The only flaw is the spa pool with a temperature too cold and therefore not pleasant in the winter months.

I highly recommend it, everything is fine.

Clean and bright room with a sensational view.

Smaller rooms, but newer equipped. New mattresses. Comfortable sleeping. Free saunas and great. The cooling room is warmer than it should be. It's in the building so I understand that the room can't be cold. The sauna staff is perfect. The pool has been newly covered. It's colder. The hot tubs are average and warmer. We were missing a toaster and a tea and coffee maker in the kitchen. Somehow we always had this equipment in our room in Italy. Maybe it's not standard. There are two huge parking lots, if you arrive later in the day, unfortunately it's often not enough.

Very comfortable apartment, friendly staff, and convenient location for reaching Moena, Bolzano, and the ski slopes. The residence features a swimming pool, sauna, and games room. We highly recommend it for those traveling with children, for a relaxing stay, and for enjoying excellent breakfasts and dinners.

Aside from the uncomfortable beds and the parking lot that's divided for Fiat Pandas, but actually only accommodates SUVs, overall it's not bad.

Clean and tidy rooms, small but functional and clean spa, kind and helpful staff especially in the restaurant, there is a swimming pool and also games rooms, I recommend it

We are very happy to be here. Nice hotel with pool and playground for kids. Good restaurant in the evening . Clean rooms. Balcon. Kitchen ok. Comfortable bed. We didnt have breakfast in hotel. Free parking. Nice service. Thanks
