08/09/2024: WHAT A GOOD PIZZA.... I passed on my way back from Rieti and stopped at this pizza place by the slice. I was immediately struck by the counter with the display of beautiful, eye-catching pizzas that told me... eat me eat me.... I gave in to the temptation and I did well. I tried several flavors and they all had a great base and quality seasoning. I was struck by the one with mozzarella base with stracchino, smoked provola, mortadella with pistachio and pesto.... WHAT A SHOW!!! Without forgetting the classic supplì where the quality and cooking ability have given it a 5 star value. The raw material is certainly excellent but the ability of those who shape it and make them so attractive also plays its part (well done pizza chefs). I'll definitely be back again. Well done!!!

02/12/2024: I got married on Saturday in the Municipality of Orvinio and to celebrate we decided to go to Taddei Katia's Taka Ristorante...what can I say, she and her staff are impeccable in their courtesy, helpfulness and hospitality. Good food not to mention the cake. The location is simple but well looked after...I highly recommend it and thanks again Katia, you were wonderful!!!!
