Nice place, nice and (pass me the term) snappy staff, really good pizza... I took an off-menu one with buffalo mozzarella, prawns and courgette flowers in tempura..... EXCELLENT!!! I will definitely come back and recommend it!!!!

Good pizza, good prices and excellent service

They told me very well about it, describing a thin, crunchy and tasty pizza. This turned out to be partially true. Let's start by saying that the place is almost always full, you absolutely need to book and you will be told to be on time, otherwise your table will be reassigned. The place is large, spacious and the tables are well apart. The variety of pizzas is very wide, allowing you to also make very particular combinations. Now let's get to the strong point: the pizza. The dough is very fine, well cooked, perhaps even overcooked in some places. The ingredients on top of the pizza are sufficient, well distributed. My (personal) opinion is that at this "finesse" it stops being a pizza. It looks a lot like a very thin piadina. The seasonings cannot be excessive because the weight would make it very difficult to eat it with your hands. I must therefore say that the taste is there, the dough is certainly good, but it goes a little beyond the concept of "Roman" pizza to be something else. Try it, then decide if it's the type of pizza for you.

Very thin and crunchy pizza, and super light, in fact afterwards you can easily have a dessert without weighing yourself down I recommend the homemade tiramisu, its cream is delicious!! The place is large, has a quiet outdoor terrace the staff is young and helpful
