Exploring the menu, we appreciated the remarkable variety. The tasting confirmed our expectations: the flavor and quality of the ingredients won over the diner, both scoring 3.73 out of 5. We noted a pleasing attention to aesthetics (3.64 out of 5), with carefully presented pizzas and vibrant colors. The dough, which some of us tried in the charcoal version, was light; however, the thin rolling caused the temperature to drop a little too quickly, making the dough sometimes less fragrant towards the end.
