On Sunday, at 6:00 PM, I ordered a takeout pizza for 8:00 PM. I arrived 20 minutes early, hoping they'd make it right away for a single pizza. At 8:10 PM, seeing nothing arrive, I asked the lady at the cashier for an explanation, and she told me they were making it. After another 5 minutes of waiting, the same lady very candidly told me they couldn't find my order and asked me again what type of pizza I'd ordered. At that point, disappointed and bitter, I left... Anyway, on second thought, even the best can sometimes make mistakes...
