After many years of excellent service... the reopening was a complete disaster... Phone order not honored... Inedible rotisserie. Last night, €35, all in the garbage... Back to basics...

For dinner, a pizza for 12. The service needs a complete overhaul. The place wasn't packed, and we had a really long wait. The appetizer and pizza were very good.

A bad evening. Disappointment in every way. We decided to sit at the lower tables of the restaurant, and after looking at the menu, my nephew, who had already browsed the restaurant's rustic food display, pointed out that the arancini, calzones, and croquettes were priced at €2.50, while the table service menu charged €3.00. The €2.00 cover charge, as per the menu, applies to anyone who consumes any food (be it a portion of potatoes, arancini, pizza, or gelato) while seated at a table. This piqued my curiosity, and after asking a polite waiter, he replied that this is the restaurant's policy only for arancini, calzones, and croquettes. There were eight of us and our plan was to order 16 arancini, but after receiving this answer, we only ordered three arancini. In the end, we consumed 13 arancini. If you have to pay for a cover charge, give everything a makeover. This is the post found inside the bag. Quality of rustici and pizza (0;10) rating 5.

Honestly, there's room for improvement. The pizza is modest and unpretentious, the service is good, and the location has some security issues due to its semi-underground location.
