11/02/2025: I have been to this place many times, my review is not based on a one-time experience. I write this review because, as the managers will already know, something needs to change, and to encourage them to do so. Despite everyone's courtesy, the excellent quality of the ingredients, the variety of proposals, some very original and all delicious, and of course the indisputable skill of the pizza chef, this place and its customers at the table are victims of great public success. External orders occupy the staff excessively, the place, small and with few tables, is a continuous coming and going of riders (and inevitable gusts of cold air), the waiting times are sometimes very long. Hungry and hopeful, we watch the preparation of many pizzas which then, to (our) great disappointment, end up boxed up and leave us. My impression is that the care and attention in preparation is also affected. The pizzas are a little smaller perhaps because they are rolled out more quickly, the shape is irregular and the cooking is uneven (one part of the edge is burnt, the other pale). Not always, but never in the past. How to rearrange things? Well done anyway, and courage.
