I've had the best fried panzerotti, "fritte" (fried), not greasy, crispy, and packed with delicious fillings, just as big as they used to be. Recommended.

There were eight of us, and despite the restaurant being packed, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind enough to find us a table. From the first moment, we were greeted with a smile: a friendly, professional team attentive to every detail. The service was impeccable: the wait staff were truly excellent, always present but never intrusive, ready to accommodate our every request with courtesy and speed. You could sense the passion and care they put into their work. The food was truly excellent: tasty dishes, beautifully presented, and prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. A culinary experience that completely satisfied us all, from the first bite to the last. An experience we recommend to anyone passing through Brindisi: whether you're a couple or a group, Da Ciro is a guarantee of quality, warmth, and hospitality. After traveling across Italy, we found this place where we could eat on the premises. A simple but well-stocked place, excellent delicacies that I wish I had in Cagliari. The staff were friendly and quick to serve customers. I'll gladly return on my next trip to Brindisi.

The best ready-to-cook in Brindisi. Different dishes every day and all good. I highly recommend going to visit them on Fridays, when they focus on fish. Exquisite staff.
