Pizzeria cavazzani In Avio

I'll start from the beginning, that is, the reservation. I tried to visit this pizzeria on more than one occasion, but unfortunately the place was always full, until yesterday, Saturday 24 May 25. Already on the phone, I noticed the kindness and availability. When we arrived, the table was not ready and we had to wait half an hour, but given how full the place was and the courtesy, we waited without drama. Once we ordered, the wait was not excessive, again about half an hour. As for the pizza, the only disappointment was not having found the much vaunted dough, but a classic pizza (pleasant and with good ingredients), but that's okay, it will be an opportunity to try again another day. The atmosphere was a bit noisy.

I tried this pizzeria for the first time yesterday during an evening with friends. What can I say, absolutely on the podium of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my entire life! Dough made very well and ingredients of excellent quality, you can see that they take great care in selecting the raw materials. I took a calzone with multi-grain dough and finished it without feeling the slightest bit heavy or thirsty in the following hours, and my friends who took the classic dough were also very satisfied. Another plus point is the very honest prices and friendly service. If I have to find a small flaw, the internal environment is a little too hot. I will definitely be back!

Great pizza, to begin with. But most importantly, the staff was simply amazing. They went above and beyond to help us find our baby's pacifier and we truly owe them. Thank you a million times!

Pizzeria di paese con forno a legna, la gestione è composta da ragazzi giovani e professionali sia in sala che al forno. Pizze buone e “ricche” di prodotti non solo della zona. Bene anche gli stuzzichini pre pizza consigliati dalle ragazze che denotano un passo di innovazione alla tradizionale pizzeria. Buono anche il conto molto onesto. La gentilezza del personale del locale scalda il cuore.

Siamo stati ieri sera con i miei genitori mio marito ed i nostri 4 pelosi accolti come fossero i principi della serata subito ciotola per l'acqua e anche lo spazio riservato era perfetto per loro anzi quando ho chiamato x prenotare non c'era posto ma come promesso appena si è liberato un tavolo mi hanno contattato e con piacere siamo riusciti a trascorrere una piacevolissima serata presso di loro cena ottima dal primo pasta all'ammatriciana cotolette e pizza ai 4 cereali perfetta dolci super e conto in linea con la materia prima utilizzata peccato fosse l'ultima sera per noi...
