A pleasant evening with friends in a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and excellent pizza with a perfect, very light dough. I highly recommend trying the excellent artisanal spumoni, especially the pistachio one with candied clementines. The chocolate one with cocoa beans and figs is also excellent. Parking is difficult, but not impossible.

Delicious pizza! Excellent for takeout or dine-in. The place is truly welcoming, with an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent ingredients. The owners/staff are truly kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

We often order pizza from them on Saturday nights. Their punctuality is top-notch, even on Saturdays. They're spot on. The pizzas are delicious, but there's always room for improvement. Prices are average and more than fair. Well done to all the staff. Excellent booking via the app. See you soon.

You can choose from an "aperitivo" platter with many small portions, a mini sandwich with cured meats, various cold cuts, a small plate of ravioli, eggplant in oil, or a mini salad with salmon and orange. You can also choose from a variety of delicacies, such as a delicious, generously filled fried calzone, or other specialties. Good coffee and creamy coffee. You can also order a brioche with gelato. Very reasonable prices. A pleasant discovery. 2025 is a confirmation: the quality of the aperitivo platter and the friendly service.
14/09/2025: Quality, kindness, and courtesy are three rare traits found in a venue, but at Bar Castrum in Castrignano del Capo, they're a hallmark. We arrived late for aperitivo, which was just closing time, yet the staff greeted us with a sincere smile and great professionalism. They patiently waited for us to finish, never making us feel rushed. An experience worth repeating: we'll definitely be back, and this time on time ;-)

06/11/2025: Ristorante Underground lives up to its name: nestled in a vaulted stone cellar, it offers an intimate and unique atmosphere. The menu features local dishes with a modern twist, all beautifully presented and delicious. The service is attentive and warm, contributing to a relaxed ambiance. I ordered an excellent pan-seared fish fillet in a crust: the waiter told me it was monkfish, but I think it was actually sea bass. The price is reasonable for the area, especially considering the unique setting and the quality of the ingredients.
