Adresse incontournable ! Les pizzas sont excellentes, pour cause, le patron à été finaliste au championnat des pizzaiolos ! C'est un petit établissement familiale sans chichi. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent très bien manger, prix tout à fait raisonnable et hors zones touristiques. Vous ne serez pas accueillis par du personnel en costume cravate, mais par des gens simples, souriants et vrais.

Simple but welcoming environment. Very clean bathroom with changing table. Delicious naturally leavened pizza without yeast. The desserts are also excellent, with very generous portions. The owner goes around the tables to have a chat with the customers, really nice and friendly, like the rest of the staff. A place found by chance, a pleasant surprise. Advised.

Nach einigen eher mittelmässigen Abendessen im touristischen Zentrum von Ravenna, haben wir etwas ausserhalb die Pizzeria Carletto Senior entdeckt. Eine leider selten gewordene Perle italienischer Pizzakultur. Das Ambiente war wunderbar authentisch. Hier wird man noch vom Chef begrüsst. Die Pizzen, aber auch weitere süditalienische Spezialitäten waren köstlich. Eines der Highligts waren die selbstgemachtem Sfogliatelle zum Nachtisch. Wir haben gleich mehrmals dort gegessen. Wer in Ravenna eine authentische Pizzeria sucht, ist im Carletto Senior richtig!

Carletto is always Carletto! He goes around the tables as they used to, with a joke always ready. Excellent pizza as always

Nice pizzeria in the neighborhood with a reasonably priced selection, pizzas were more than ok. Unfortunately, tiramisu had thawed, so it was almost frozen in some places and warm in others.
