I was looking for a good pizza and I went to this place that has a large outdoor space and it's very cool.... We looked at the menu that offers a wide choice.... I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the good pizza.. Soft and crumbly dough at the right point at the edges of the crust..... I confirm a good pizza. ... We tried the tiramisu, it tasted like a home made dessert..... Compliments to the pizza chef.. Surely when I'm in the area we will return to this pizzeria, a very simple place but a good pizza

We went on Wednesday night in three. The pizza was really very good. The dough was very light and easily digestible. Pizza chef not improvised but competent, with the desire to experiment and innovate, maintaining tradition as a cornerstone. Very welcoming and kind staff. Fair prices.

The usual Friday spent at the pizzeria. This time we drove a few kilometers and immediately settled in. The experiment was more than positive. The place looks good, not very big even if they are equipping themselves with a new room, but apart from that I have to say that the impact was positive from the entrance. Very young and helpful staff. The fried food was not bad but the pizzas deserve to be commented on, especially the one with cherry tomatoes, unfortunately I don't remember how. In the end we ate well for the right price. Definitely worth returning to.

The Trevigiana pizza is an authentic taste experience, but what makes it truly memorable is the extraordinary meltability of the crust, which is well honeycombed, golden at the right point and so soft that it almost seems like a cloud on the palate. Each bite is a perfect balance between external crunchiness and a soft heart, a true caress for the senses. The dough is a masterpiece of lightness and fermentation: highly digestible, without any sensation of heaviness, the clear result of a long leavening and careful processing. The base has a perfect consistency. The Trevigiana filling, with its contrast between the sweetness of the radicchio, the flavor of the bacon and the creaminess of the gorgonzola completes the work, but it is the dough that steals the show, demonstrating how the true quality of a pizza always starts there. A pizza that satisfies, surprises and invites an encore.

24/07/2025: I've eaten at this pizzeria a couple of times and I have to say the food is very good. The staff is really friendly and available to answer any questions. Definitely recommended.
24/07/2025: We had pizza here and were more than satisfied! The place is beautiful, especially the terrace, the staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious. I'm Neapolitan, so I can only say the pizza is really good! They have a vast menu, very reasonable prices, and even the fried food was obviously homemade. Thank you, and see you soon!

21/07/2025: Disclaimer: if you think you are a pizza connoisseur then please visit this place - it will blow your mind!! The guy is not just a chef/pizzaiolo but a true artist that went against the "religion" of pizza and made art using creativity and love💖 We finally made it to Pepe in Grani in Caiazzo, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. My partner and I went for the tasting menu, which was a great way to experience the creativity and skill that Franco Pepe is known for. I am not gonna list every single dish we had - you can look at the pictures or better go and try yourself :) all I am gonna say about the food is that is made with the freshest ingredients and the perfect combination between them. Throughout the meal, we were impressed not only by the flavor but by how each dish told a story. It wasn’t just a pizza tasting – it felt like a journey through local ingredients, techniques, and Franco Pepe’s imagination. Service was friendly and professional, and the pacing between courses was spot on. If you’re a pizza lover looking for something beyond the usual, the tasting menu here is a must. It’s refined without being pretentious, innovative but rooted in tradition. We'll be talking about this meal for a long time. GRAZIE FRANCO!!
21/07/2025: Given the great publicity for this place, we rushed there with friends to try the pizza. Having booked in May for July, we honestly expected less waiting at the door. Incidentally, there was a kind, sarcastic lady at the door!!! The reservation was for 8:15 PM, but they seated us at 9:30 PM! The pizza was excellent, nothing to complain about, but honestly, having driven 30 km, I wouldn't go back!
