The usual Friday spent at the pizzeria. This time we drove a few kilometers and immediately settled in. The experiment was more than positive. The place looks good, not very big even if they are equipping themselves with a new room, but apart from that I have to say that the impact was positive from the entrance. Very young and helpful staff. The fried food was not bad but the pizzas deserve to be commented on, especially the one with cherry tomatoes, unfortunately I don't remember how. In the end we ate well for the right price. Definitely worth returning to.

The Trevigiana pizza is an authentic taste experience, but what makes it truly memorable is the extraordinary meltability of the crust, which is well honeycombed, golden at the right point and so soft that it almost seems like a cloud on the palate. Each bite is a perfect balance between external crunchiness and a soft heart, a true caress for the senses.
The dough is a masterpiece of lightness and fermentation: highly digestible, without any sensation of heaviness, the clear result of a long leavening and careful processing. The base has a perfect consistency.
The Trevigiana filling, with its contrast between the sweetness of the radicchio, the flavor of the bacon and the creaminess of the gorgonzola completes the work, but it is the dough that steals the show, demonstrating how the true quality of a pizza always starts there.
A pizza that satisfies, surprises and invites an encore.

One of the best pizzas in the area with excellent ingredients. Staff quite friendly.
Pizza always taken away.
However, it is almost impossible to order a pizza at the moment on the weekend at a time that although not peak but at least considered suitable for dining.
4 stars for improving this aspect and an invitation to also retain customers who don't know "during the week" if they want to eat a good pizza on the weekend.
Thus giving priority to those who order in the previous days, but giving the possibility to also order on Saturday or Sunday.
