Quick evening pizza, the owner and girls are very welcoming and smiling, typical Roman pizza (shallow and crispy). I recommend changing the lighting to improve the outdoor atmosphere and would attract more people who don't know you. No stage, no neon, better a row of warm light bulbs! NB THE OVEN IS WOOD-FIRED!!!

Thin and crispy Roman pizza, good ingredients Good appetizers, expertly prepared fried foods A simple place, but with very polite and friendly staff and owner I can't give it 5 stars because I think it's inappropriate to serve pizza on a flat plate for main courses, rather than one over 30 cm in diameter for easy cutting. The investment would be minimal, but it would provide a good service, as this way it's impossible to cut the edges of the pizza. I hope you'll take my advice on board. Because that's your only flaw.

You can eat the excellent Neptunese pizza well here at Fabrizio. Very clean, family-run place and that touch of the 80s takes me back to my youth. Taste the "fogliono" with basil and you'll never forget it. Simplicity and honest prices.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere isn't the owners' main focus—let's say it's "rustic"—but the food is good and the staff is super helpful, almost like being at home! The fish, and only the fish, is truly excellent. The dishes? Excellent appetizer, more than acceptable first course. Would I return? Yes, to try the second course!
13/07/2025: An evening with friends made even more special by the food and the owners of this little restaurant in the hills just above Civitavecchia. Excellent tart and delicious fried fish!!!

12/05/2025: Location non certo originale con mobili di recupero però realizzata con molto gusto e coerenza di stile, cosa non scontata in questo periodo. Se da un lato le grandi dimensioni di questo ex capannone (almeno credo sia questa la provenienza) danno un tocco di fascino in più dall’altro c’è qualche problema di insonorizzazione per cui con il locale affollato si fa fatica a conversare. D’estate però c’è anche l’ampio spazio all’aperto. Da sottolinea che il parcheggio disponibile che in zona è merce rarissima. Per il resto fritti discreti ma pizze buonissime ! Una via di mezzo tra napoletana e romana. Servizio molto gentile e sempre presente. Prezzi non economici per la zona ma giusti per la qualità dell’offerta.
16/03/2025: Perfetto per pranzo con bimbi la domenica. Animazione che coinvolge i più piccoli. Personale gentilissimo e pizze veramente buone. Anche i fritti soprattutto i supplì li consiglio.
