I recommend changing the lighting to improve the outdoor atmosphere and would attract more people who don't know you. No stage, no neon, better a row of warm light bulbs! NB THE OVEN IS WOOD-FIRED!!!

Thin and crispy Roman pizza, good ingredients Good appetizers, expertly prepared fried foods A simple place, but with very polite and friendly staff and owner I can't give it 5 stars because I think it's inappropriate to serve pizza on a flat plate for main courses, rather than one over 30 cm in diameter for easy cutting. The investment would be minimal, but it would provide a good service, as this way it's impossible to cut the edges of the pizza. I hope you'll take my advice on board. Because that's your only flaw.
