Pizzeria Bar Morelli In Livorno

I returned to Pizzeria Morelli after trying their traditional pizzas in the past, which are always delicious, but this time the experience was even more special. I accompanied my nutritionist friend, who had been invited to try their new protein dough, and I must say it was truly amazing! The dough is light, digestible, and incredibly tasty: a new addition definitely worth trying. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are extremely kind. One detail that struck me was the attention they pay to animals: I was with my dog, and they brought him some treats... an unexpected treat that speaks volumes about the care and sensitivity of the place. All in all, a pleasant evening and excellent pizza. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

The pizza is delicious, but very different from what I'm used to and eat in the past. The pizza was very thin and crispy like a baked tortilla, which I didn't like as much, but the toppings on top were delicious. You could change the basic topping a bit and it was excellent for me. There's a seafood pizza with anchovies that was excellent (Marseille pizza) for those who know it and those who can't try it. In short, a good, tasty pizza, only the dough is less crispy for my taste.

The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and the ingredients were tasty... I really recommend it to everyone if you're in the area... also excellent for aperitifs...

Excellent pizzas that are different from the traditional ones.

The gurmé pizzas are generally good but "thin" and very digestible. The menu is a bit overpriced.... There are no similar pizzas with seafood.... For just over €22, the pizza, glass of soft drink, and coffee are fine.
