In un mondo di cornicioni gonfiati con la pompa, una bella pizza scrocchiarella mi ha sorpreso positivamente. Ottimi accostamenti degli ingredienti, anche per mia moglie che è vegana ed ha trovato ben due proposte ad hoc (wow). Poi vedere ragazzi giovani, entusiasti, carinissimi, in grado di offrire una proposta di assoluto livello a me fa piacere un sacco. Serata super gradevole, da ripetere al più presto. Straconsigliato.

Really good food. Different combinations and proposals than usual. The thin and very good pizzas. The environment is small and intimate, but in my opinion there are too many tables which create confusion due to the small environment.

Don't call it pizza! Thin and crunchy, but very digestible and the ingredients are truly the Top!!! Pizza Tradizione was an explosion of taste!!! Congratulations from an Apulian tourist!!!

Allora…partendo dal presupposto che per me tutti i tipi di pizze sono buone, Napoletana, Romana, Pugliese non mi basterebbe questo spazio per scrivere di tutte. Ma questa pizzeria ha un giusto mix tra bontà, qualità, prezzo e non ultima la gentilezza, di chi è addetto al contatto con il cliente. Per chi valuta una location per il prezzo/qualità posso aggiungere che per il mio modesto avviso la bontà e la genuinità dei prodotti e’ giusto che venga pagata. Quindi promossa a pieni voti…avete acquista un nuovo cliente
