Very good pizza, crispy but flaky, well-topped, simple but cheerful service, the atmosphere is nice and characteristic, but I would remove those paper placemats, which clash a bit with the color of the tablecloths...

I've been coming to Passo del Tonale for winter (and sometimes summer) holidays since 2000. Every year, I absolutely have to stop by Pizzeria Alpi! Highly recommended.

25/09/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday at lunch with my parents. Trentino cuisine revisited with a modern twist using high-quality ingredients. The wine list is not overly extensive but offers an excellent selection. The service is attentive and never intrusive.
26/08/2025: Many compliments to the Chef: when eating becomes a playful experience and a discovery of flavors, every bite becomes a pleasure to be savored. Attentive and thoughtful service: every request was accommodated, despite my gluten intolerance.

04/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. Delicious food. We ordered five courses. Excellent white house wine. No extra markups in the price.
03/10/2025: It is definitely better to make a reservation if you want to sit longer. Pleasant restaurant with friendly service and excellent pizza and good wine.
