Fantastic pizzeria! Delicious thin-crust pizzas, classics but also innovative! Super friendly staff and fantastic owners! I recommend the Colonnata lard, radicchio, and balsamic vinegar or the porchetta and potatoes! The perfect place for a dinner with friends.

26/05/2025: In the pulsating heart of the city, where time seems to stop to welcome the sacred rite of conviviality, stands a small temple of taste: a pizzeria al taglio that I had the privilege of frequenting assiduously in those golden years of my youth, immediately after the hours dedicated to studying. Crossing the threshold of this humble but precious place was like entering a parallel universe, where the fragrant scent of leavened dough, embraced by the expert hand of the pizza chef, merged with the warm and familiar atmosphere, giving a sense of peace and satisfaction. Each slice, cut with precision and care, represented a small masterpiece of culinary art, a perfect combination of lightness and substance, tradition and innovation. The crust, golden and crunchy, welcomed a layer of juicy and fragrant tomato, to which were added flashes of stringy mozzarella, Mediterranean aromas of oregano and basil, and sometimes more daring touches of ingredients selected with taste and refinement. Every bite was a sensory journey that led back to the genuineness of simple things, but made with love and skill. Returning to this pizzeria was a small ritual of happiness, an oasis of pleasure that broke the monotony of school days, giving me the comfort that only good food can offer. Even today, the memory of those moments is imprinted in the memory with the sweetness of a timeless flavor, a symbol of a time when taste and company were intertwined in a sincere and warm embrace. Ultimately, this pizzeria al taglio is not just a place to satiate yourself, but a small treasure chest of emotions, a refuge for the soul that I fervently recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover the beauty of culinary tradition accompanied by a touch of poetry.
