My favorite pizza. Whenever I'm craving pizza, I get a maxi Margherita from Alpenrose and eat it in 10 minutes. I don't have any photos to attach because I don't have time to take them.

There are only pizzas and a few salads. The pizzas are okay, but nothing more. The waiters are bored.

We had a bit of trouble understanding each other, but that wasn't a problem as they provided us with excellent service and excellent food. We ordered the Principe pizza and the Napoli pizza, both delicious. Highly recommended

05/08/2025: We visited this pizzeria on the recommendation of a friend and we didn't regret it! Best pizza ever! Definitely try the "special" with a little spicy oil... but be careful, the oil is quite strong ;) - Top-notch service - Top-notch location - Fantastic food!

08/09/2025: Delicious pizza (one of the best in Bolzano) and a large selection of beers from various countries. Friendly service, though the food can take a while to arrive. Relaxed atmosphere with a simple interior. Definitely recommended!
27/08/2025: Delicious pizza! A friendly yet cute place close to the city center. Even though the wait is a bit long, it's worth it.
