An incredible pizzeria that definitely deserves 5 stars! The pizzas are simply divine, with a well-aerated dough, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven, which gives it that slightly smoky taste and a texture that is both soft and crispy. I tasted a gourmet pizza topped with melted mozzarella, generous slices of grilled pancetta which bring a nice touch of indulgence, and perfectly cooked fragrant mushrooms. Each bite is a blend of comforting flavors, enhanced by a light touch of cream or mature cheese that ties it all together. The calzone, for its part, is a real gem! Its dough contains a generous heart of stringy cheese, tasty pieces of meat (probably ham or pancetta), and mushrooms which provide a melting texture and a slightly woody taste. The opening at the top reveals the richness of the ingredients, making this dish even more appetizing. We really feel the care taken in the selection of products and the preparation. An essential address for lovers of authentic and generous pizza! I will come back without hesitation.
