A very positive experience. Even though it's pizza, it's simply amazing to be able to taste every single flavor of every single ingredient. The place is simple and perfectly reflects its owner, who, despite being a Michelin-starred chef, has maintained his humble approach, which will undoubtedly help him continue to grow, while always remaining true to the authentic, traditional pizza dough, uninfluenced by trends and innovation.

Attentive and very friendly service, good wine recommendations, and the pizza was fantastic—we've rarely had such delicious pizza. We were also welcome with our three dogs.

Exceptional pizza! This pizza amazed us: light, melt-in-the-mouth, and above all, a dough that's made with so much thought, you can't help but notice.
It was the first time both my boyfriend and I were able to eat the entire pizza, including the crust.
Finally, even though "San Donato" may be a bit out of the way, it's worth stopping by to try their pizza.
