Complicated evening, you're late for every plan you've made and you want to treat yourself to a relaxing pizza dinner. It's late (in Montecompatri it's late at 9.30pm) and you call everyone you find on Goggle in the area around Montecompatri, until you come across Marco who with natural sympathy replies: - Don't worry, come and we'll invent something! - It's just the obvious habit of those who know how to work, to put at ease a customer who is starting to fear seeing the last project of the day disappear. In reality there is nothing improvised or remedied. There is good, fragrant pizza, and fried food, and a chat to make the customer understand that they are welcome and there is no need to run and escape because they are there to take care of you even if you arrived after 10pm and it's winter. The place is modest in size, but I can't wait to show up in the spring and eat in the little square... it looks lovely.

A very good stop at Monte Porzio Catone. You walk in and you can see a great variety of food on the go. If you want to have lunch, you can go to the back area set up as a restaurant. I was very surprised by the pizza, I don't eat cheese and I was able to try a very good one without it. I will return when I return without a doubt.
