13/09/2024: RistorArte was the catering suggested to us by the manager of Torre Ubaldo, the location of our wedding, which took place on 22 June this year. I would choose them a thousand more times! Our contact person was Giorgio, an exquisite person! I immediately appreciated his availability; before signing the contract he gave us the opportunity to try their cuisine, since we didn't know it. The test went very well, the dishes were well presented, not banal and the flavors were magnificent; the wines offered were also of great quality. Furthermore, they offered us an excellent quality/price ratio, so on the day of the test we were surprised by the contract. Even when we had to change the date Giorgio was immediately available. But the most important thing was finding the same quality, perfection and taste even on the wedding day, when they had to cook for 120 people! They organized the buffets to perfection so that the food did not undergo alterations due to the heat, the staff was prepared, in adequate numbers at the tables and very, very kind. I would choose RistorArte a thousand more times and we will certainly return to appreciate their cuisine in the Cisterna restaurant in Latina.
